About Me
I am passionate about supporting people in their pursuit of healthful, meaningful, and joyful lives by delivering effective high-quality mental health care. One of the greatest threats to our health and wellness as individuals and communities are traumatic experiences, particularly those suffered at the hands of other people. As a therapist, I specialize in healing after trauma, abuse, or violence. As a researcher, my work focuses on improving access to high quality evidence-based services for trauma survivors. As a consultant, I support a variety of health and human services organizations to implement evidence-based services and offer trainings and clinical consultation aligned with my clinical expertise.
